The terminal learns to sing: a verb band colors every task by its verb, the spinner is a real live probe, and nika run paints the DAG as living wire-art in-frame (states, in-node spinners, edge pulses) while nika inspect --format json|mermaid|dot becomes the ONE graph projector, now projecting declared policy too (retry, timeout, on_error, outputs). nika init becomes a founding wizard: recipes, themes, wiring, everything asked before the first write, and it equips a repo for the agent surfaces project-side. The models come home: nika model pull/list/rm (one models dir by construction, resumable verified downloads) and nika model serve (the sovereign sidecar, OpenAI-compatible on loopback) close the local loop. nika check --fix is an in-binary repair loop that converges, and the machine dry-run ships versioned.
